Dr. Hadas Aharoni-Barak, Associate

Hadas specializes in corporate and securities law, and business litigation, and she advises clients in a range of business sectors who seek her counsel in these areas. Hadas rejoined Ephraim Abramson & Co. in 2013, following an academic leave of absence during which time she, among other things: (a) taught on the faculties of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Bar Ilan University; (b) completed her LL.D (Doctor of Law, the equivalent of a Ph.D) at the Hebrew University, and (c) published a highly-acclaimed book on corporate law entitled "Controlling Shareholder Transactions: Public Enforcement, Concentrated Ownership and Minority Protection"(Bursi Publishers, 2013). Hadas is currently a lecturer of practice at the Faculty of Law of the Hebrew University, and her research is focusing in corporate law and corporate governance. In her earlier student days, Hadas received both an LL.B. and a LL.M. (magna cum laude) from Bar Ilan University. Following her LL.M, Hadas received a coveted clerkship at the Israeli Supreme Court, under the tutelage of Justice Edmond Levi.
